WHERE DO WE SHIP?

Firstofakind ships to any street address in the United States for free. We ship orders via UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service, and Freight. If you have a PO Box or APO/FPO address, please contact us to see if we can deliver to your area.

*Firstofakind Charges an additional fee for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

We are currently unable to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be automatically restocked and refunded, minus shipping costs and a 15% service fee. To re-order with a new address, you may place a new order online or contact us .

SALES TAX

Sales tax is included in the listed prices.

HOME DELIVERY SERVICES

Our furniture includes shipping to your door step unless otherwise noted. If you ordered a heavy/bulk item, make sure to have someone who can help with this. For Inside delivery please contact us and we will provide the extra charge for that specific item. If you miss your scheduled delivery appointment or cannot receive your order within the available delivery timeframes, you may be subject to storage, redelivery or restocking fees.
